The Bartley Corporation is seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our One Bartley Family. This position supports concrete construction crews with forming, pouring, finishing, and general jobsite duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and stripping concrete forms
• Pour, spread, and level concrete
• Carry and prepare tools, materials, and equipment
• Perform jobsite setup and cleanup
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements
• Work effectively as part of a construction crew

Qualifications

• Concrete or construction experience preferred, but willing to train
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
