Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Concrete Estimator
Responsibilities:
- Manage invitations to bid
- Onscreen Quantity Takeoff from Plans & Blueprints
- Proposal Creation using Excel Spreadsheet
- Proposal Presentation to Customer
- Follow Up / Closing of Sale
- Contract execution
- Sales Activity Input into CRM
- Obtain Vendor Pricing
- Budgeting and Handoff to Production Team
- Professional verbal skills and communication habits.
- Technical background in Concrete Foundations, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Onscreen takeoff.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
